About me
Hi, I'm Peter.
Thank you for visiting my website.
Whether you're dealing with a sports injury, recovering from a marathon, struggling with neck or back pain, or simply feeling stiff from everyday life, my aim is to help you move more comfortably and get back to doing the things you enjoy.
I know booking your first sports massage can feel a little daunting, so I always aim to provide a friendly, relaxed environment where you'll feel listened to, comfortable and involved in your treatment from the moment you arrive.
I graduated from the London School of Soft Tissue Therapy with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma and continue to develop my knowledge through ongoing professional training. As a member of the Institute of Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM), I use evidence-informed assessment and treatment techniques tailored to eve
Soft Tissue Therapy isn't just for athletes.
One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that sports massage is only for elite athletes, it isn't. Many of my clients simply want to move more comfortably, recover from an injury or ease everyday aches and pains caused by work, gardening, DIY or spending long hours at a desk. Whether you're a runner, gym-goer or someone who just wants to feel better, treatment is always tailored to your individual needs.
Running has been a huge part of my life for many years, and I know first-hand the frustrations that injuries and niggles can cause. Whether it's training for a marathon, recovering after a race or managing the aches that come with regular exercise, I understand how important it is to keep your body moving well.
That passion for running is one of the reasons I chose to train as a Soft Tissue Therapist. I wanted to combine my interest in anatomy and movement with helping people stay active and enjoy the activities they love.
