Your appointment is completely tailored to you and can include sports massage, deep tissue massage and other soft tissue techniques where appropriate.

There's no requirement to be an athlete and you don't need to have an injury. Your monthly treatment is simply your time to check in, address anything that's bothering you and have treatment tailored to what you need that month.
