Marathon & Event Preparation Packages

Helping you train consistently, recover well and arrive at the start line feeling your best.

Whether you're preparing for your first half marathon, a marathon, an ultra or another endurance event, your body is under increasing training load. Regular sports massage and soft tissue therapy can help manage muscle tightness, support recovery and keep you moving throughout your training.

As a marathon runner myself, I understand the physical and mental demands of training. I know what it's like to fit long runs around work, manage niggles and hope your body holds together on race day.

That's why I created these packages—to support runners throughout their training, not just when something goes wrong.

Why choose a marathon package?

Helps manage muscle tightness before it becomes a problem.

  • Supports recovery during high-mileage weeks.

  • Keeps you moving well throughout your training block.

  • Gives you regular opportunities to discuss niggles before they develop.

  • Helps you arrive at the start line feeling prepared.

The essential 3 treatment package

Two of the treatments should be booked prior to the event and the third should be booked after the event to help you recover. This package should help to get rid of any niggles picked up though training and hopefully treat any issues before they become a problem.

This package costs £135.

FAQs

When should I book my first sports massage?

Most runners benefit from starting early in their training rather than waiting until they're injured.

Should I have a massage the day before my marathon?

Treatment close to race day should always be appropriate to your training and race goals. We'll discuss the best timing together.

Can I still have treatment if I already have a niggle?

Yes. Every appointment is tailored to your symptoms, and if treatment isn't appropriate, I'll explain why and advise on the best next step.
